The bailiffs of the OSP in the Leninsky district of the city of Krasnoyarsk turned 25 kilograms of precious metals for a total of 76 million rubles.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee found that a certain organization of prospectors at the deposit in the area of ​​the city of North-Seniseisk violates environmental norms in the extraction of minerals, as well as the rules for storing precious metals. In this connection, a criminal case was opened against officials of this enterprise.

The head of the company was awarded 3 years in prison, and illegally obtained raw materials were recognized as necessary to turn into state revenue by transferring to the FCU “State Institution for the formation of the State Fund of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of the Russian Federation, storage, vacation and use of precious metals and precious stones under the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation”.

“The total volume of precious metals was: 19.4 grams of Palladium, 22 907, 4 grams of gold and 2,133.4 grams of silver, with a total cost of more than 76 million rubles. Enforcement proceedings are ended with its actual performance, ”the Russian GUFSP in the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
