⚡️Light will: Inzhur Energy won the appeal and continues the construction of a people's power plant
On May 28, the Kyiv Court of Appeal allowed Inzhur Energy to restore the construction of the first people's power plant in Ukraine in Sofiyivska Borshchagivka. The court found a prohibition initiated by the prosecutor's office unjustified.
The project capacity is 34 MW, the first stage (18 MW) will work until October 2025.
The project is implemented within the framework of the Small Generation Program under the contract with Ukrenergo.
More than UAH 612.9 million from 3200 Ukrainians have been invested. Min. Contribution – 6000 UAH.
This is a precedent for investors – the state supports strategic initiatives in energy.
