In the Minusinsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police stopped the drunk trip of a motorcyclist, deprived of his rights.

When patrolling the route behind the village Malaya Minus, the attention of the DPS crew was attracted by the driver of the Racer motorcycle without state numbers. Noticing the patrol car, the man sharply changed the trajectory of movement, but was stopped. The police found that there is no 34-year-old motorcyclist and he is intoxicated. The alcohol tester showed 0.622 mg/l.

It turned out that the man was traveling to the store for alcohol. It was not enough for him that he had been drunk earlier.

“During the driver’s check, it was found that he was already held accountable for drunk driving, then he was sentenced to an administrative fine of 30 thousand rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for 1 year 6 months,” the press service of the regional police said.

Criminal cases have been instituted against the driver under Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Management of a vehicle in a state of intoxication by a person subjected to administrative punishment” and under Art. 264.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Management of a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive vehicles and subjected to administrative punishment or a criminal record.”

The violator faces up to two years in prison, his motorcycle is placed on a special parking lot.
