The main suspect was arrested in the case of the Romanians killed with brutality in Legnano, in Italy. According to the authorities, the 29-year-old Italian is accused of deadly stabbing Vasilica Potincu, 35 years old, on Sunday night, with nine knife blows.

The woman was found completely naked, in a pool of blood, by a neighbor who had noticed the door of the apartment open.
The victim, known as Elena in the Circle of the Near and Katty on meeting sites and Onlyfans, led a double life. The day, he worked as a secretary in an accounting office in Pavia and lived with his mother, sister and 14-year-old son in a nearby locality. At night, however, the practice of prostitution in an apartment rented in Legnano, where he had meetings with customers, reports fanpage.it.
The obsession that led to the crime
The investigation carried out by the carabinieri in Legnano has revealed disturbing details. According to judicial sources, the suspect had a meeting with Vasilica in the same apartment where the crime was committed. After that moment, the man became obsessed with the woman. He sent him numerous gifts and messages, becoming more and more insistent.
Concerned, Vasilica would have confessed to her employer, who would have put her in touch with a lawyer. It seems that the Italian was approached through it, when he began to ask for all the gifts offered.
On Saturday night, taking advantage of a client's departure, the man entered the apartment and committed the crime, leaving the used weapon behind the victim.
How was it caught
The suspect fled immediately after the crime, but was identified following the telephone signal and the images captured by a surveillance camera, which showed him in front of the victim's building. The carabinieri carried out a search at its home on Tuesday morning, and on Wednesday, May 28, they detained it and led it to the Prosecutor's Office.
In front of the investigators, the young man refused to make statements. Later, he was arrested for qualified murder. The investigation is in progress.
