Suspected of the murder of Maja from Mława, 17-year-old Bartosz G. touched his life-informed the Greek service of Via. The 17-year-old in a critical state was hospitalized in thessaloniki. The boy was supposed to say goodbye to his mother who alerted the police before.

Bartosz G. previously appealed to that the trial in his case would take place in Greece, pointing to negative comments flowing towards him. The defender and the mother of the 17-year-old emphasized that the boy announced the committing suicide. On Thursday, however, the Greek court decided to carry out the European arrest warrant (ENA).
Earlier, as a suspect of murder, Bartosz G. was detained at a hotel in Katerini, where he stayed as part of a school trip related to the exchange of students. Until the final decision was issued in his case, he was to be arrested in a special center for minors.
16-year-old Maja from Mława was murdered
16-year-old May was last seen on April 23, when she left the house to a friend living nearby. Her corpse was found on May 1 in thickets near the production plant belonging to the suspect family.
On May 2, the District Prosecutor's Office in Płock stated that in the investigation regarding the death of 16-year-old Maja, a decision was issued to present the allegation of murder with special cruelty by a year older girl, Bartosz G. for such an act, the 17-year-old faces from 15 to 30 years in prison, because according to the provisions, he cannot be imprisoned.
