On this day, a “Honored Worker of Household Services of the RSFSR”, “Honorary Citizen of the EAO” Pyotr Nikolaevich Weizer was born in Birobidzhan.
After the end of the seven classes of secondary school No. 1, he entered the student in the sewing workshop of Voentorg.
The profession was transmitted to Peter Wecera from his grandfather, who was a real tailor.
After serving in the army, Peter was sent to the courses of the cutters, upon his return, he continued to comprehend the basics of the close case. Starting, as a master of military uniforms, he eventually switched to individual sewing civilian clothes. But it was precisely the strict military demands that the masters accustomed to the careful execution of any civilian order.
Since 1960, Peter Nikolaevich began working as a cutter of outer men's clothing, where he later became a master of the sixth category, then – a first -class master.
Thanks to his skill, Peter Nikolaevich was well known in the city, he became a mentor and teacher of many working specialists of the city and the region. P. N. Weizer annually participated in city, regional, regional competitions of professional skill.
In 1984, by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, he was awarded the badge “Honored Worker of Household Services of the RSFSR”. He is the only one in the Jewish Autonomous Region who is awarded this title. Pyotr Nikolaevich was awarded medals “for valiant work. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the birth of V.I. Lenin”, “Veteran of Labor”.

By the Decree of the Legislative Assembly of the Jewish Autonomous Region No. 40 dated 04/30/1997, Veitser Peter Nikolaevich was awarded an honorary title – an honorary citizen of the Jewish Autonomous Region.
