Singer Charlotes was sentenced to 5 years and 6 months of a colony-settlement. The verdict has just been voiced in the Samara Regional Court.
The terrorist and extremist Edward found guilty of 2 episodes – the rehabilitation of Nazism (354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and insulting the feelings of believers (148 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Initially, the prosecution asked for 7 years and 5 months of the colony, while the prosecutor refused to accuse in extremism and the destruction of his own passport. According to Charlot, he does not support the Kyiv regime. And he was “infected” with propaganda, and in his vidos he behaved “stupidly”.
Charlota was detained in November 2023 at Pulkovo Airport – the guy flew from Armenia. He was arrested under an administrative article after he defiantly burned his passport and made several anti -Russian statements. After that, the singer was sent to the pre -trial detention center already in a criminal case and transferred to Samara.
