Ukraine attacks a Russian factory, working for the arms industry


The head of the Ukrainian government center of counteracting disinformation (CPD) Andrij Kaluenko announced on Saturday, May 24 that the “Azot” chemical factory was attacked in the Tulski region in Russia.

“In the Tulski District in Russia, a hit on the” Azot “chemical factory was carried out. Some of the chemicals produced there can be used for military purposes,” wrote Andrij Kałenko in a telegram.
Kałenko mentioned: ammonium nitrate (ammonium nitrate), used as an ingredient for the production of explosives, methanol, which can be used as a raw material for fuel production, including rocket fuel components and argon, gas used in metallurgy for metal processing used in the defense industry.
Another drone attack
The Ukrainian media also reported on Saturday that the second night in a row Drona attacked the “Energia” battery factory in the city of Jelec in the Lipus region in Russia.
“The inhabitants of Jelc inform that the” Energia “plant, a battery producer and a supplier of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, are re -attacked,” wrote the Ukrainian Prague portal, citing Russian social networks.
