
There are times when the soul requires something special for tea. And at such moments an unusual recipe for fried bananas comes to the rescue. This is an ideal solution when you want to please yourself and loved ones with something original, fast in preparation and incredibly appetizing.
Take a pen, notebook and write down:
Ingredients
- Medium bananas – 2 pieces
- Flour – 100 grams
- Egg – 1 piece
- Salt –1/2 teaspoon
- Cold water – 80 ml
- Oil, cinnamon vanillin and sugar powder – to taste
Cooking
1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, cinnamon, vanillin and egg. Gradually add cold water, stirring constantly so that lumps do not form. The batter should be moderately liquid.
2. Peel the bananas from the peel. Cut them with ovals (obliquely) with a thickness of about 1 centimeter. It is important that the fruits are not too soft, otherwise they will collapse when frying.
3. Pour a sufficient amount of vegetable oil into the pan and heat it well. Dip each circle in the batter so that it completely covers the banana from all sides.
4. Gently put the blanks in hot oil and fry on both sides until golden crust (2-3 minutes). On top you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Put the finished fried bananas on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately until you have cooled. They are best combined with warm tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
