Carla Pereyra, the wife of Atletico Madrid coach, Diego Simeone, confirmed for the Spanish press that with her children and her husband were present when a man armed to the former adviser of president Viktor Ianukovici.
The two daughters of the couple, Francesca, 8 years old, and Valentina, 5 years old, attend the courses of the same school in Madrid where the children of Andrii Pornov were enrolled.
Carla Pereyra revealed this in a ceremony for awarding local prizes but refused to provide other details, asking everyone “Much respect for the families affected by this event.”
“It was a very difficult time for everyone,” said the wife of the famous coach Diego Simeone, adding that it is still very difficult for him to talk about the awful moments they have lived in this cold blood crime.
However, Carla Pereira confessed that, after this incident, she and her husband began to fear for the safety of the two daughters.
The model added that they were at the scene of the crime at one point, and she does not want to talk about her experience. At the same time, Pereira told reporters that she and her husband are worried about their children and that safety and care for their children are now a priority.
We remind you that Andrii Pornov, former adviser to Ukrainian president Pro-Rus Viktor Yanukovici, was shot dead on May 21, by a man whose identity is still unknown.
The murder took place in Madrid, near the US school in the Posuelo de Alarcon neighborhood, where Andrii Pornov took his children to classes. Even before he started to get in the car he had come with, a black Mercedes, several firearms were fired, and his assassin and his accomplices quickly disappeared from the spot on a motorcycle.
The Spanish authorities have launched an investigation and are looking for the two men and have work assumptions either the money or a politically motivated crime.
In the public space, several hypotheses are also circulating in terms of the dead of the former Ucarine diplomat, many stating that the assassination of Andrii Pornov, according to the way things were carried out, is strikingly similar to the actions of Russian secret services.
Meanwhile, it was revealed that Andrii Pornov had transferred his wealth from his children to a notary office in Madrid, but also that he visited this country a few days before being assassinated.
