Coach Marius Măldărăşanu signed the extension of the contractual agreement with the FC Hermannstadt group for the next two seasons.
At the age of 50, Măldărăşanu “becomes and will thus remain one of the most long-standing coaches in Romanian football in the last two decades,” the Sibiu club said, in a Facebook post.
“Stay calm! Mister stays with us!”, The band said in the message.
Marius Măldărăşanu leads the Sibiu team of four seasons.
Under the leadership of the technician, FC Hermannstadt played the final of the Romanian Cup, lost, with a score of 2-3, in front of the CFR Cluj band, and ended in the first place in the Play-Out of the Superligii, recalls News.ro.
