In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the bailiffs recovered a debt of loans from the debtor, exceeding 2 million rubles. For this, the woman took a loan.
The press service of the department explained that a resident of Dudinka took several loans in banks, and then lost her job. Because of this, she had a lot of debt. The court ordered it to be returned to credit organizations more than 2 million rubles.
The bailiffs imposed restrictions on the woman’s accounts, the ban on registration actions was also introduced against two apartments of the debtor located in Dudinka and Krasnoyarsk. If a woman would not close her debts, apartments could sell.
“So that the property does not leave the hammer, the debtor got a job and took a loan with which she paid the debt in full, including the executive fee,” the press service said.
The bailiffs of the region explained that the enforcement proceedings are closed in connection with the full payment of the debt.
