On Wednesday, at the meeting of the Parliamentary Team of the Wyzdzsie Nieząs, the Safe Polish team Marcin Warchoł (PiS) reported that the PiS club submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office regarding the campaign of the KO candidate for the office of President Rafał Trzaskowski. As the notification added, it concerns two cases: the Foundation undertaking Akcja Democracy “illegal actions involving interference in the election campaign by conscious spreading false misleading information” and illegal financing of the campaign.

According to Warkoł, at least 3 articles of the Electoral Code were broken in the Trzaskowski campaign regarding, among others, the rights of election committees, the lack of designation of the election committee on electoral materials and the transfer and acceptance of illegal non -monetary values. “We expect the PKW challenging the report of the Election Committee of Rafał Trzaskowski in the future,” emphasized the MP.

Cezary Tomczyk (KO) from the election staff of the KO candidate asked by PAP about this notification, replied that there is no doubt as to “conducting a wide action to discredit Rafał Trzaskowski.” He emphasized that what PiS does is, as usual, a “lie”. “We submitted a notification to the prosecutor's office, because over 100,000 SMSs were sent to slander Rafał Trzaskowski,” added the MP.

The chairman of the team MP Michał Woś (PiS) informed PAP that before the meeting the team applied to the ABW and Nask with a request for presence. “Due to the fact that they did not come, although I also admit that time was urgent, now we specify the questions what actions they took and we will direct them to them in writing,” he announced.

MP Dariusz Matecki (PiS), who is a member of the team, told PAP that the Foundation of the Anti -Polonism Monitoring Center, of which he is the president and founder, would direct notifications to the PKW and the prosecutor's office regarding “illegal financing of Rafał Trzaskowski's election campaign”. He added that notifications to “NASK have already been sent, but there is no reaction.” According to him, in connection with media information in this matter, “ABW should intervene without even any notification.” “They should monitor the situation on the web, related to the elections primarily, and they do not do it,” he assessed.

Last Wednesday, a scientific and academic computer network (NASK) announced a possible attempt to interfere in the election campaign – it was about political advertising on Facebook, which could be financed from abroad. ABW was informed about the case. Advertising accounts involved in the campaign in the last 7 days were to spend more on political materials than any election committee. According to NOK, these activities were supposed to seem to support one of the candidates and discredit others. “The campaigns implemented by advertising accounts particularly concerned Rafał Trzaskowski, Karol Nawrocki and Sławomir Mentzen,” said in a communiqué.

Last Thursday, Wirtualna Polska wrote that for political advertisements published on the Internet promoting Rafał Trzaskowski and attacking his competitors: Karol Nawrocki and Sławomir Mentzen (confederation) supported by PiS, there is an employee and volunteers of the Democracy Foundation and that Internet users have been paying attention to these ads for several weeks.

According to NASK last week, the ads were blocked as a result of the actions of the election umbrella. The meta denied these reports. “We have not removed any ads related to these pages at the NASK request, because they do not break our rules. The ads are displayed as inactive in the advertising library, because the period of this advertising campaign is over,” said company representatives last week.

During the meeting of the Matecki team, showing the advertising library on the finish website, he emphasized that the advertisements discussed are still active, so “in our opinion, in our opinion, electoral agitation is illegally conducted for money from state -owned companies or money from foreign entities.”

On Thursday last week, the chief of the staff of the candidate Ko Wioletta Paprocka wrote on Platform X that “a massive action of electoral disinformation against Rafał Trzaskowski using SMS telephone operators” systems is underway. “Imaginating under the Civic Platform and conducting campaigns outside the election committee is not allowed. The case was reported to NASK. We also submit a notification to the prosecutor's office,” she emphasized. Tomczyk explained then that within 48 hours the inhabitants of many Polish voivodships received SMSs “slandering KO candidate”. “We estimate that this is tens of thousands of SMSs,” he said. “There are only two possibilities who stands behind it: or Russia is behind it, (…) or one of the election committees, which is facing Rafał Trzaskowski today,” said Tomczyk.
