The quarrel of two workers of one of the enterprises of Uyar began during lunch. Soon, the verbal skirmish grew into a fight. One of the participants in the conflict took advantage of the thermos that appeared at hand and hit the opponent several times on the head.
The 33-year-old man lost in battle, he decided to answer the offender: he took off his beatings and turned to the authorities for compensation for non-pecuniary damage. The court issued a decision in favor of the plaintiff and decided to pay a fine of 300 thousand rubles.
Upon learning of the enforcement proceedings, the 39-year-old defendant came to an appointment with the bailiff. There he was explained what responsibility awaits him for a non -payment of a fine. After that, the man repaid the debt in one payment.
