There is not a word of exaggeration in this” – said Tusk.

The prime minister emphasized that his government has been operating in difficult conditions since the parliamentary elections. “I do not like to whine and I do not like to blame the predecessors. But (…) What debt did we inherited from them? What expenses, what deficit? What was happening in these ministries, ministries, this structural mess. I am not talking about the justice dimension, the judiciary. We know it all.
The head of government also pointed out that Poland is in a very difficult position today – and in a difficult time. That is why – as he said – state stability is so important today. “Poland needs efficient, strong power. There is a war abroad. There is great migration pressure. There is a political crisis throughout the Western world, there are also such economic and civilization challenges,” said Tusk.
Tusk: Trzaskowski – independent, strong, intelligent, builds positive relationships
Prime Minister Tusk emphasized that he saw in Trzaskowski “a player towards whom he must make an effort all over”. “What is priceless in Rafał Trzaskowski is that he is really independent and strong, it is a very intelligent politician, has his own opinion, and can simultaneously build positive relationships,” he said.
The Prime Minister also said that in Poland there is currently a problem with “dispersed power”. As he explained, the authorities are too weak and conflicted, he is – as he noted – “the unfortunate president who veins so many things” and continues to “fight the mechanism of state corruption”. As he assessed, this is the “Augiah stable”.
“There is no such place in the state administration, where we would still not encounter a distorted country that was to serve the interests of PiS people, their parties, but also their private interests” – said the prime minister. According to him, governance in Poland currently involves “cleaning, building, defending the border and territory.”
Asked who “would look at the hands of the mono, if Rafał Trzaskowski became the president, Tusk emphasized that such a role would be played by” independent courts, an independent prosecutor's office “. As he noted, one of the first decisions after Trzaskowski's victory would be “the independent justice system, which looks just as critically at all politicians.”

On Tuesday evening, the President's candidate visited the plant of one of the Częstochowa pram manufacturers. The owner of the company Grzegorz Trylski told him about the difficult situation of the industry, including towards Chinese competition, uneven duties and growing tax burdens.
According to Trzaskowski, Trylski's account demonstrates what loads Polish entrepreneurs face. “And in my program there is help to entrepreneurs. Also that the European Union has such a policy that the customs should be equalized” – he emphasized.
“It cannot be that there are no duties on goods from China, and we do not fight effective for China to reduce their duties to our goods, especially since the Eastern market in connection with the war is closed to our entrepreneurs,” he said.
He added that he enjoys this type of meetings, because it is from people who have been running business for years, you can find out what is really the most important thing at the moment. “Especially the loads that the so -called Polish order brought proved to be very difficult for our entrepreneurs,” Trzaskowski pointed out.
He emphasized that on the campaign route he still argues that elections will be very important for all Polish women and Poles. He also referred to his earlier Tuesday speech. “I said in Sosnowiec about the fact that we will either realize our dreams in a strong economy, that Poland can compete with Germany or France, or unfortunately we will plunge into chaos and conflict, because this is announced by my competitor, who generally wants a conflict with the government, not cooperation” – he pointed out.
“We work by convincing to vote for the one who guarantees that the president will support Polish business, he will promote him in the world” – added Trzaskowski.
When asked by journalists about the campaign plan for the next days, the KO candidate announced meetings with young people and residents. He confirmed the meeting with the Confederation MP Sławomir Mentzen, who in the first round of elections received the third result and participation in the Friday debate in the formula of the open discussion of two candidates among themselves. Once again he also invited to the Sunday march in Warsaw.
Earlier, the owner of the Częstochowa manufacturer of prams told Trzaskowski that the industry is strongly hurting: Chinese CLONE products are at the level of several percent, and if he wanted to export to China, it would be about 30 percent. “We also have very large fees of real estate taxes. It hurts us. Every year the increase in real estate taxes is 10 percent. We can't do it. We want to have large companies, we do not want to close in what we have, we want to develop. But we will not develop with the taxes we have. We can't do it.” – admitted Trylski.
“We produce. We want some support, some help, a bit to help us, let us survive with production, so that we can continue and employ, export and bring taxes to you” – summed up the owner of the Częstochowa company.
