The report on the execution of the budget of the Krasnoyarsk Territory for 2024 was considered at a meeting of the regional government. This was told in the Ministry of Finance.
According to the ministry, the actual receipt of revenues to the regional budget last year amounted to 429.1 billion rubles, including 393.6 billion rubles. These are more than 2023 indicators and more than 20 billion rubles exceeds the updated plan. The expenses for the same period are 432.2 billion rubles, of which 396.5 billion rubles are owned by the funds of the region. Thus, the regional budget is executed with a minimum technical deficit of 3.1 billion rubles.
The basis of the regional budget in 2024 was 23 state programs. Their total funding exceeded 400 billion rubles, the growth by 2023 – more than 17 billion rubles. The main increase in the programs for the development of education, healthcare and housing and communal services. This is due to decisions on raising wages, increasing socially significant expenses, the construction of kindergartens, schools, clinics and outpatient clinics.
More than 27 billion rubles were allocated for the sale of national projects in 2024. The most financial -intensive ones, where about 75 % of resources are concentrated, were “safe and high -quality roads”, “healthcare”, “housing and urban environment”.
77 billion rubles were allocated for social support, of which about 15 billion rubles were assisted by families with children. About 6 billion rubles went to resolve housing issues of certain categories of citizens, including resettlement from emergency housing and support for deceived equity holders. 4.7 billion rubles were allocated for orphans to provide housing.
Special attention was paid to the modernization of social infrastructure. About 15 billion rubles are aimed at strengthening the material and technical base of educational institutions, healthcare, culture and sports.
Capital costs in 2024 exceeded 75 billion rubles. The development budget of the region covered almost all industries. A significant part of the funds is aimed at developing a transport system, including the construction of a metroram in Krasnoyarsk. In addition, last year the support of municipalities increased: the total volume of inter -budget transfers reached 146 billion rubles.
Members of the government approved the annual report on the execution of the regional budget for 2024. Until the end of May, the corresponding bill will be submitted to the Legislative Assembly of the region.
