Experts of the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor gave five recommendations for the transition to a healthy diet.

Firstly, it is necessary to limit salty foods, sugar-containing drinks, sweets, sausages, smoked meals and alcohol. Secondly, avoid fatty foods. Thirdly, give preference to natural products. Fourth, add more useful food to the diet. Fifth, useful habits should be adhered to outside the house.

Experts told what products should be chosen. If we are talking about vegetables and fruits, it is better to buy fresh or frozen. However, if you wanted to be canned, make sure that they have as little salt and sugar as possible.

In the diet, whole grain products must be present. Among them are non -gorged brown rice, oatmeal, buckwheat, halfba, whole grain bread, macarone products made of hard of hard varieties.

From dairy products, you need to choose those in which the fat content is below.

You should also add protein sources to the diet – fish, eggs, low -fat meat and poultry, red and white beans, nuts. In addition, do not forget about useful oils.
