Dinamo – Vasile Șiman, “War” endless! The former patron of the student sport has lost another legal battle in the conflict with the “red dogs”, related to the transfer of midfielder Ionuț Șerban.
Siman He requested in court the recognition of accessory goods related to the debt of one million euros, but the syndic judge rejected his appeal.
This decision comes after the former employer had lost the main process, both in the background and in the appeal, where he demanded the validation of the debt, invoking a contractual clause that Dinamo would have violated the transfer of the player.
Another legal battle lost by Vasile Șiman in the process with Dinamo
Rejects the appeal made by Siman Vasile against the measure of the judicial administrator RTZ & Partners SPRL – Bucharest Branch of the debtor Dinamo 1948 SA regarding the analysis of his payment request through the activity report published in the BPI no. 5708/18.03.2025, as specified, as unfounded. It rejects the request to amend the contestant, as unfounded. With appeal, within 7 days from the communication of the decision by publication in the Bulletin of Insolvency Procedures, which will be submitted to the Bucharest Court of the 7th Civil Section. It is a good news for Dinamo, which can continue to take steps to go out of insolvency. “Dogs” depend only on this process and have to speed up the procedures in order to evolve into European cups in season 2026-2027.
Therefore, Vasile Șiman can appeal and, most likely, will resort to this gesture to “block” the legal situation in Dinamo. It remains to be seen how the “dogs” will move in the next period.

Ionuț Șerban was legitimized at Dinamo between 2013 and 2021. It was bought from Sport, the team owned by Vasile Șiman. When signed by Serban's contract, a unique clause was included. If he left the contract free, Șiman had to receive one million euros.

In 2021, Ionuț Șerban broke up with Dinamo and remained free from the contract. The club took advantage of the Insolvency Law in order not to pay the million euros to Vasile Șiman.

Șiman went to court and asked for a million euros. Dinamo was winning on December 2024, at the Bucharest Court. Șiman filed an appeal, and the case arrived on the Court of Appeal table.

Later, Șiman filed a trial and asked for another million euros, for penalties and interest, but without success.
