The Bureau of the regional committee of the CPSU and the regional executive committee considered the question “about measures to raise the economic condition of lagging collective farms.” The adopted resolution noted that as a result of the implementation of measures for the steep rise in agriculture, individual EAO collective farms using the assistance of the party and government, having accepted equipment from the state, increasing the production of crop and livestock products, increase their income and achieve improvement of the material well -being of collective farmers. At the same time, the Bureau of the regional committee of the CPSU and the regional executive committee revealed the reasons for the lag of individual collective farms and outlined the paths aimed at raising the economy of these farms.

The newspaper “Birobidzhan Star” (12+) on May 19, 1961 wrote about the celebration in the field of the 39th anniversary of the pioneer organization.
The newspaper reported that a year ago in Birobidzhan schoolchildren began the annals of the pioneer organization of the regional center.
All the guys collect scrap metal for the construction of a monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Joseph Pocump. 135 tons of metal and 400 thousand pieces of cans have already been collected. School No. 10 detachments work in their free time at a construction site – they help build new buildings of the Dalselmash plant. The squad of school No. 6 laid its stadium.
The best young corn by Waldheyakka, the school, Nadia Osmolovskaya and Zhenya Sudakov, were awarded with trips to the Artek pioneer camp.
In the Amurzet, in all squads, the links for the care of calves are created. Pioneers collected about 11 tons of scrap metal, 525 kilograms of waste paper, 10 thousand tin cans.
In the Smidovichsky district, seven -year and secondary schools took part in the landscaping competition. 6.6 thousand trees were planted. Only some Aur guys planted 3.4 thousand seedlings along highways.
The pioneers of the Babstov and Lazarevsky school patronizing the poultry farms, Novotroitsky schoolchildren grow calves. A construction team was created at the School of Lazarevo, in the summer this brigade will participate in the construction of a new school.

The pioneers of the Lenin secondary school, together with the inhabitants, landed 300 cherry, plum trees, many bushes of currants and gooseberries.

The Secretariat of the Regional Committee of the CPSU approved the experience of party organization and teaching staff of the secondary school No. 1 of Birobidzhan on the ideological and political education of students and recommended that the Gorny, district committees of the CPSU, and primary party organizations use this experience, use it in practical work on communist education of students.

On May 19, 1978, the Birobidzhan Zvezda newspaper wrote that a collection of a trade union activation of the region was held in Birobidzhan. Its participants discussed the issue “On the tasks of trade union organizations to fulfill the instructions and recommendations of the Secretary General of the CPSU Central Committee, the chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, Comrade L.I. Brezhnev expressed during a trip to the areas of Siberia and the Far East and at the meeting of the first secretaries of the Personnel and Communist Party of the KPMM.”
At the meeting of the trade union asset, issues of organizing a socialist competition, strengthening labor discipline and public order, training and consolidation of personnel, and labor protection of people were raised.

The newspaper of the Smidovichsky district “District Herald” (12+) on May 19, 2006 on its pages wrote about the Nikolaev Youth Association “Blue Patrol”. The constant care of the youth club, consisting of school -age children, is winter flaws on the river, cleaning the coastal territory, and the stinging of reservoirs during the drought. As a result of the cleaning of coastal territories, the hydrochemical composition of the water improves. The two past seasons were remembered by the Nikolaevs miraculous phenomenon – the flowering of the relict lotus Komarov. And the pilgrimage to Lake Lake began, which entailed the barbaric destruction of the flower. A new thing for the members of the club was the protection of the lotus, and in many ways the “blue patrol” Lotus was saved from destruction.
All decreasing fish reserves require attention and concerns, and therefore the Blue Patrol informs the population about the terms for the ban on all types of fisheries during periods of two-month-olds for the protection of early-navigable, spring-bodies and salmon fish of the Tunguska River basin.
The newspaper wrote that in the Nikolaev kindergarten a methodological association “Professional Show” was held for which employees of preschool institutions of the district came. Five educators conducted open lessons. At the first open, the lessons were small discoveries -knowledge with a variety of non -traditional drawing techniques: a pickery of brush, a print of paper, coal. In an open lesson, children were introduced to the traditional ritual holidays of the Russian people.
At the discussion, the Nikolaev teachers shared their experience at the discussion. All educators who accepted guests were presented with letters and commemorative gifts.

On May 19, 2021, the Birobidzhan Zvezda newspaper wrote that the first youth ethno -confessional forum “Territory of Consent” (6+) had ended in Birobidzhan. The idea of such a forum was implemented thanks to the presidential grant.
The forum gave representatives of different faiths and peoples to tell about themselves, as well as discuss common questions and problems for them.
Among the sections of the forum were discussion platforms and round tables. The premiere of the play performed by the actors of the theater “Good people”, the Ecofestival (6+), the Easter concert of the Armenian Duduk (6+), as well as the championships for hockey with the ball (6+) and basketball (6+).
