Cheese rings in the dough: crunch on the teeth, melt in the mouth – with the heat of the heat in 30 minutes

It happens that I want something special for dinner, but the time is open. A familiar feeling? There is a way out – cheese rings in the dough that are prepared faster than you think. And the result is beyond praise.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 200 g
  • Solid cheese – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Green onions – a small beam
  • Baking powder – – 1 tsp.
  • Salt, pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Preparation:

  1. Mix dry ingredients. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add cooled butter grated on a coarse grater. Grind your hands into the baby.
  3. Add cheese and onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, finely chop the greens. Add to the flour mixture and mix.
  4. Knead the dough. Pull the egg and knead the soft, elastic dough. If it sticks to your hands, add a little flour.
  5. Form rings. Roll the dough into a layer of about 5 mm thick. Cut the circles with a glass or mold.
  6. In the center of each circle, make a hole of smaller diameter to make rings.
  7. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Fry the rings over medium heat on both sides until golden crust.
  8. Put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Hot, crispy and delicate inside the cheese rings disappear from the table instantly. Bon appetit!
