George Simion, the presidential gold candidate, is waiting for the results of the second round in his office on Sunday evening, according to HotNews sources.
Simion also organizes an event waiting for the exit poll, at the official entrance to the Parliament Palace, from the Constitution Square, to which only the foreign press was invited, according to the same sources.
Gold announced on Saturday that it does not organize “any activity at the Gold Party headquarters” on the day of the vote.
“As different demonstrations are announced after the closing of the ballot boxes on Sunday, we announce that we do not organize any activity at the headquarters of the Gold Party (located near Victoria Market) on the day of the vote.
The meeting “either at the ball, or at the hospital” scheduled for Sunday evening in the center of Bucharest for the public viewing of the exit polls was canceled on Friday by the organizers.
“We decided to cancel this event, to protect both the participants and the entire society at the risk of the challenges that could arise from those who this day carry out misinformation campaigns, which instigate violence and hatred,” the resistance representatives said.
