Representatives from 26 countries-winners of the first and second semi-finals, as well as representatives of Great Britain, Germany, Spain, Italy and France, who are sponsors of the competition, take part in the Eurovision Grand Council of 2025.
Switzerland also automatically takes part in the Grand Final, the representative of which won the Eurovision 2024.
The Ziferblat group, which represents Ukraine at Eurovision 2025 with the song Bird of Pray, will enter the stage under the seventh number.

How to vote
As noted by “Supriber єvrobicachennya”, all 37 countries participating in the competition may vote in the Grand final.
- Spectators in Ukraine can vote: online through the official Esc.vote application, it is available for Android, iOS and Windows;
- Using SMS by number 7576 and indicate the participant from 01 to 15.
Spectators from around the world, except for those in the participating countries, can vote for their favorite for 24 hours in front of each semifinals and a grand final.
Context
The winner of the Eurovision 2025 is the participant who scored the maximum number of points. The country whose representative will win in 2026 will become the venue for the next Eurovision.
Ukraine is one of the most successful countries at Eurovision – it took part in the competition 23 times, has always become its finalist and I won three victories.
