United Russia and the Ministry of Education held the All -Russian headquarters for the implementation of the presidential overhaul and construction of schools and kindergartens


At the relevant All -Russian headquarters, the Secretary of the General Council of the United Russia party Vladimir Yakushev and Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov held the All -Russian headquarters with the regions to fulfill the plan for the overhaul and construction of schools, kindergartens and colleges in 2025.

This year, 1277 schools, 142 kindergartens and 132 colleges participate in the presidential program, which is implemented by United Russia and the Ministry of Education. Contracts were not concluded under 33 objects, the Secretary of the Party General Council Vladimir Yakushev said at a meeting with the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, the coordinator of the New School party project Alena Arshinova and representatives of the regions.

United Russia and the Ministry of Education will hold a separate meeting with regions that do not fulfill the obligations to contract the construction and overhaul of education facilities. As he said Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, The new contracts for the work were not concluded by 17 regions: these are the Krasnodar Territory, the Tomsk Region, the Donetsk People’s Republic, Tver, Ulyanovsk, Kursk, Tula, Lipetsk, Omsk, Kaluga, Tambov regions, Stavropol Territory, Karelia NAO, Chukuto Autonomous District.

“We have repeatedly talked about this, there will be measures to reduce budget financing. But all objects will be completed, completed at the expense of regional funds, ”he said. The minister proposed setting the term before the end of May to complete the contract campaign. The secretary of the General Council of United Russia Vladimir Yakushev supported the initiative.

Sergei Kravtsov also called the regions-debtor in the input of schools after construction and overhaul: these are Vologda, Kemerovo, Kirov, Kursk, Novosibirsk, Rostov, Sakhalin regions, Nenets Autonomous Okrug, as well as objects in Bashkiria, Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories, Irkutsk, Kirovskaya, Novosibirsk regions that are not completed from 2022-2023.

Vladimir Yakushev instructed United Russia as much as possible to help regional and municipal authorities control work on overhaul and construction of education facilities. Especially the secretary of the General Council drew attention to participation in this parental public.

“Initially, serious design solutions are laid – what the building will look like, the facade, what will be designed, what will be done in terms of preserving historical memory. Therefore, it is very important that the parental public participates, prompted contractors, as it does today during the overhaul. The school year ends. The work will be in full swing. We must pass with you as actively as possible to the summer-autumn period. And major repairs are in the summer, because by September 1 we must pass objects. ”

The program of overhaul of schools, which United Russia implements, together with the Ministry of Education, is part of the party’s folk program and was initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the United Russia Congress in 2021. All stages of work – from the project to acceptance – control the public headquarters with the participation of deputies of the State Duma, senators from the party, parents and teachers. Their “United Russia” and the Ministry of Education formed in the regions. Since 2024, new regions have been participating in the program.
