This mission will not end in May. We know the plans of Rafał Brzoski

When in February Prime Minister Donald Tusk ordered the preparation of deregulation for the businessman Rafał Brzosce, it was difficult to imagine how this “challenge” would finally be made. Very quickly, however, it turned out that the head of Inpost is an efficient organizer, and proposals for changes in the ordinances would finally end with amendments to laws.
What's more, his initiative enjoys the support of not only entrepreneurs, but also of society. As a result, as people similar to Rafał Brzoski tell us, the project will be continued. For now, work is still underway on a detailed concept, but Business Insider has learned the assumptions. One key question remains unanswered.
Efficient cooperation of a social initiative with the government
Rafał Brzoska organized The team that has already given over 280 deregulatory proposals to the government, and is to provide another 100 by the end of May. They are intensively analyzed by the government deregulation team under the leadership of Minister Maciej Berk. The latest applies to reporting to the Central Statistical Office.
According to data on May 7, the government received a total of 247 postulates, considered 226, of which 138 (61 percent it adopted for implementation. From 32 projects published on the portal of the Government Legislation Center under the code name “Uder”, 14 have already been adopted by the government.
At the last meeting, the government accepted five, including a law extending access to data from public registers, For example, the Central Vehicle Register (CEPiK), PESEL, etc. To this deregulation project, the government has added a provision from each other allowing to provide private service providers of customer photography services stored in the register of ID cards. This is to limit the theft of identity by using forged evidence.
More projects are waiting for the government, including An out -of -court divorce for those who do not have children.

The second phase of work will start from September
In total, the Brzoski team is to prepare 500 proposals by the end of May, but the government is not ready for such a number now. Therefore, in the first phase of deregulation, by the end of May, it is to receive 350 proposals. The remaining 150 deregulation initiatives will be delivered in September, in the so -called the second phase of deregulation. As one of the interlocutors tells us, The idea is to use the synergy between business and government, and continue cooperation after the Sejm holidayswhich are scheduled this year from August 6 to September 10. Ultimately, there may be more ideas reported to the government.

Hard -working vacation
We check the team However, it will not be limited to preparing deregulation initiatives. In June and July, he is to focus on the legislative process, So check whether the laws prepared by the government are in line with the initiatives.
Team members are also working on a report summarizing previous activities. Unofficial information also shows that they are also planning Preparation of a report, which is to show that Poland often implements EU regulations, to a broader extent than it is slightly required. Why? During Impact, Rafał Brzoska said that deregulation is not only getting rid of absurd regulations from the nineties, it is also developmental projects, including digital. In his opinion, Europe does not see this. Poland, however, with current deregulatory activities can show the European Union a path to change.
Who will watch over the continuation of the initiative?
The team's work is to be coordinated by Adam Malinowski, national director at Corporate Connections, a company that connects business leaders from around the world, and in Poland brings together nearly 2,500 companies. The question remains, if the team does not finish their work in May, will Rafał Brzoska be fastened and company?
In mid -April, the head of InPost told PAP that at the end of May his role in the Deregulation Team ended and he would return to duties in his enterprise. However, since the team is to work continue, maybe Rafał Brzoska will remain his face, gathering around their entrepreneurs. One of our interlocutors told us that for today it is only certain that the project will continue to be carried out. However, no one replied that Rafał Brzoska's mission was over.
