In fourth place, according to the forecast, the third way candidate Szymon Hołownia ranks with a score of 6.2 percent. Together's candidate Adrian Zandberg could count on 5.7 percent, and the candidate of the new left Magdalena Biejat at 4.9 percent. In turn, MEP Grzegorz Braun recorded support at 4.4 percent.

The expected attendance in the first round would be 66.9 percent. This result – as the survey indicated – was obtained by combining a declaration of participation in voting with an analysis of social and historical attitudes of electoral participation.

CBOS pointed out that the forecast – from ordinary polls, presenting only the declarations of respondents – distinguishes the fact that it also takes into account the expected choices of people who declared participation in the upcoming presidential election, but refused to indicate the preferred candidate or have not yet made the final election decision. This group includes 261 respondents, and therefore a large percentage of all respondents.

According to the poll, the forecast was prepared on the basis of two independent studies, conducted in the first half of May. The first – “Presidential Elections” – was conducted in the period of May 12-13 by computer -assisted telephone interviews (Cati – 91.2 percent) and internet interviews (CAWI – 8.8 percent) at the sample of adult Polish residents (n = 1001). Delivery study – “Current problems and events” – conducted on 5-14 May procedure on a representative name The attempt to adult Polish residents drawn from the PESEL register of 1080 people (including 64.4 % CAPI, 23.7 percent Cati and 11.9 percent – CAWI).
