A contract signed in custody. New facts on Karol Nawrocki's apartment

There is no shortage of controversy around Karol Nawrocki's apartment, which he took over from Jerzy. As it turns out, the contract took place on January 24, 2012 in Gdańsk custody – it was there that a notary was brought there, which prepared documents – informs Onet.

On Thursday, “Gazeta Wyborcza” determined that Nawrocki in 2010 borrowed Jerzy Ż. – Senior from whom he took over the studio in Gdańsk and was to look after him for life, and who eventually went to the Nursing Home – 12 thousand. PLN at 20 percent per year for “for the purchase of a municipal apartment”. The loan agreement – as the daily added – has the form of a printout with hand -entered data – name and surname, address, pesel and signatures of Karol Nawrocki and Jerzy Ż. As the daily wrote, the senior would not be able to pay even interest.

Today, Onet revealed subsequent details of the case. On January 24, 2012, the NAWROCHY brought a notary public to Gdańsk custody on ul. Kurkowa 12, where the old man stayed. And there they signed a contract with him. The creators of the “state of emergency” show evidence – a fragment of a notarial deed, where it is clearly written.

Chronology is important in the whole thing – on October 20, 2011, Nawrocki, on behalf of Mr. Jerzy, transfer to the Gdańsk town hall 12,000. PLN – this is the price of a municipal purchase of a flat with 90 % a discount only for tenants. On the same day, Mr. Jerzy signs a will, in which he passes the apartment in Nawrocki – then he was not in custody yet.

According to Onet, after arrest, Mr. Jerzy could come up with the idea of ​​changing the will. The NAWROCs finally decided to close the transaction and sign a contract with him.

Karol Nawrocki referred to the borrowed money for the purchase of an apartment, who said that “it did not matter”, which was written in the contract of a loan between him and Jerzy Ż., Because the senior “did not have to” return his money.

In the face of numerous controversy, on May 14, Nawrocki's marriage signed a donation agreement with the Christian Association in Gdynia about the transfer of a studio, which previously belonged to Jerzy Ż.

“If Mr. Jerzy is not able to use the premises or does not express such a desire, the apartment will be intended for people in crisis. We are particularly thinking about women who experience domestic violence. We closely cooperate with organizations and institutions that deal with this problem. From what we know, the city does not always have enough premises where these women could find safe marina” – explained the president of Chsd in Gdynia.
