The Senate decided on the prices of apartments. There will be changes in developers


The Senate passed the Act on the protection of the rights of the buyer of a residential premises or a single-family house and a developer warranty fund by Poland 2050-TD.
88 senators voted in favor of adopting a resolution in this matter. Nobody was against or abstained.

However, the new regulations did not pass through the Senate without amendments. However, several changes proposed by the Higher Chamber of Parliament were mainly a detailed and editorial nature.
