The first black deputy of Russia died. The cause of the death of Jean Greguar Sagbo, previously, was a stroke.
The man was educated in the USSR. I was imbued with the Russian spirit and remained. He lived in the village of Novozavidovsky, Tver region with his wife. After the collapse of the Union, he took up business, and in 2010 he got into the district council of deputies. Subsequently, he participated in the elections three more times, in 2015 he again became a deputy of the district assembly. In recent years, Sagbo has been the chairman of the local SNT.
For active social and political activities, Jean was called Russian Barack Obama. Greguar Sagbo himself said that such a comparison categorically rejects due to the difference in views. The funeral recently took place in his homeland in Benin.
