In the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor, schoolchildren and students were told how to effectively prepare for exams and maintain health.
First of all, experts reminded students of the need to protect their health and not neglect meals. Eat regularly and choose healthy food, daily include meat or fish, vegetables, fruits and whole grain products in the diet.
No matter how great your workload is, follow the daily routine. Do not teach until late, go to bed and wake up at the same time. Remember about activity, even a short walk is able to give you an emotional restart and significantly improve brain function.
Take breaks in your studies. Studies have shown that 15-minute pauses every 50-90 minutes increase productivity and improve concentration. However, you should not leave a large amount of material on the last days.
Learn to cope with stress. A slight excitement is normal, but strong anxiety and panic can already prevent you from properly absorbing the material. So that emotions do not take possession of you at the most inopportune moment, try to focus on positive moments.
On the day of the exam, wake up a little earlier than usual, take an invigorating shower and eat a nutritious breakfast.
