According to the blogger, pancakes prepared according to this recipe do not fall after cooling.
Products:
- 0.5 liters of warm kefir;
- one egg;
- 1 tsp. salts;
- 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 400 g of flour;
- 1 tsp. baking powder.
Cooking
- Mix kefir, egg and sugar. Mix.
- Add flour and baking powder. The dough will turn out thick.
- Transfer it to a confectionery bag.
- Add vegetable oil to the preheated pan and squeeze the portionly dough in the form of lines.
- Fry pancakes under a closed lid, but this is not necessary.
- Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel.
