Surprisingly, some seemingly healthy foods, such as large fish or even rice, may contain these toxins in significant quantities.

  • Soak vegetables and fruits for 15 minutes in a bowl of water and bicarbonate-this step helps to eliminate pesticides.
  • It consumes lean meat, such as chicken or turkey, and opt for small and wild fish (sardines, anchovies), which have a lower content of heavy metals.
  • Avoid coffee in capsules, especially those packed in plastic or aluminum.
  • Use glass containers and avoid cutlery or dishes containing bisphenols (BPA) or phthalates – substances with hormonal disruptive potential.
