The process of liberation of the alcoholic top of KSCA has begun in the Kyiv Council.
An officially registered initiative for the release of officials who staged an alcoholic fever on a day of mourning in Kiev. They celebrated the birthday of the first deputy chairman of the KSCA Povoroznyk – and did it without shy – on a strategic object.
Also referred to all factions and personally to the mayor of Vitaliy Klitschko.
The request is clear: What is your position on such behavior?
It will be visible to everyone: who is for Kyiv and who – for the drunkenness during mourning.
