Super -RECRECT in a hat with a pompon tried to stop the passing motorcade at the Kremlin
On the blocked Tverskaya street, a man in a hat ran out onto the roadway at the moment when the motorcade drove through it.
He began to wave his hands with passing cars and, judging by the gestures, tried to stop them. An employee of the traffic police rushed to stop the offender, after a few seconds other colleagues came to the rescue.
The man was detained or not is unknown whether the roadway was opened after a few minutes.
