I broadcast Romania TV suspended for three hours. After the TV station and the moderators broadcast “wait to see what they are doing”, what happened to the audiences

The Romanian TV station suspended its broadcast on Wednesday evening, starting at 18.00, for three hours, as a result of an unprecedented sanction received from the National Audiovisual Council, writes Paginademedia.

The sanction meant the suspension for three hours of the ordinary program and reading the text of the sanction. The reason that led to this sanction – the broadcast of a fake news in the last half hour of the election campaign on Friday night.

The TV station challenged successfully on Tuesday at the CNA, the decision, so that Wednesday evening, it was suspended. Not before, as throughout the day, Romania TV to launch the bailiff after the bailiff:

“Romania TV broadcast, suspended on the order of the system”, “I stop our broadcast after they have lost the elections”, “Romania TV does not give up, even if they have imposed censorship”, “The system executes again Romania TV”, “Wait to see what they do” – were some of the messages transmitted.

“In a few minutes the execution of the Romanian TV station begins”, were the words of Dragoş Bistriceanu before stopping the broadcast. He is the same moderator who has read Fake-News on the post and has caused the CNA sanction.

How did the audience show all day

According to the audience data obtained by Hotnews, on the urban public 25-59 (years), the hierarchy of news television showed yesterday throughout the day – Share (market share – how many viewers look at a post of total viewers)

What happened when the emission suspended

The audience data show that at 18.00, the Romania TV audience almost halved in the first quarter of an hour-18.00-18.15, compared to the previous 17.45-18.00 (in which the television broadcasts advertising). From 1.5% to 0.9%. Then, it continued so until 18.45, when it suddenly jumped to 2.7%, after which it oscillated between 2.1% and 0.9% until 21.00, the moment when the normal emission was resumed.

In the three hours, Romania TV was as an audience following the other news television, except Euronews. 9pm brought an increase in the audience, but the TV station remained better than an hour after Antenna 3 CNN and Digi 24, after which at 22.15 the audiences increased, but remained below those of the TV reality.
