
Wake up with a puffy face – not the most pleasant beginning of the day. The reasons for this can be different: from an excess of salt to a lack of sleep. But there is a way to quickly put yourself in order. Several simple exercises will help to disperse the lymph and return the freshness to the face.

Light tapping fingertips
Start with massage. Pass the forehead with your fingertips, cheeks and chin. The movements should be soft, but rhythmic. This will enhance blood circulation and help to remove excess fluid.
Movement from the center to the periphery
Spend your fingers from the nose to the temples, then from the chin to the ears. Repeat several times. Such a technique stimulates lymph flow and relieves tension from the muscles of the face.
Tilts of the head to the sides
Slowly tilt your head to each shoulder in turn. Lying for a few seconds. This exercise improves fluid outflow, and also relieves swelling in the neck and chin.
