The former PSD president did not win any of the four voting sections in the neighboring country. Moreover, he did not catch the podium for any of them.

At the only voting section in Belgrade, Nicușor Dan won the most votes – 128, which is almost 59%, followed by George Simion and Crin Antonescu – 33 votes (15%). Victor Ponta was the fourth, with 12 votes.

In Belgrade there is also the friend and supporter of Victor Ponta, Sebastian Ghiță, the one who fled the country in 2016 and who holds Romania TV.

In Vârșeț, Ponta was also the fourth, with the same number of votes, in Zajacar took 3 votes (5th place), and in Pristina – 9 votes (4th place).

Victor Ponta is the fourth in the general hierarchy of the first tour of the presidential elections, according to George Simion, Nicușor Dan and Crin Antonescu. Ponta taken about 13% of the votes.
