Radu Savopol, the founder of the 5 to Go cafe chain, prepares for this year the lactation of the Lacto Bar concept, the investment in the first unit being up to 100,000 euros. Lacto Bar was a concept that appeared in the 1960s in Romania, but which disappeared after 1989.

One of such places in the communist regime was near the former Scala confectionery, in the center of the capital, being famous for the fresh muffin served with cheese and cream at the price of 6 lei.
