

“What does old age look like? A hunched man who is slowly going with a wand. Pain in the back, legs, joints. Constant pills and visits to the doctor. Poor memory, confused consciousness. The aging of the body is inevitable – the law of life, which, unfortunately, cannot be canceled,” he wrote. “I am not afraid of age, but I don’t want to have such old age.”
According to Boyko, to keep himself in shape, he complies with simple rules that include:
“Everything is simple: movement, nutrition, brain – and old age no longer looks like a sentence,” he summed up.
Context
Boyko in 2012 at the Ukrainian Bodybuilding Championship in Kyiv won the bronze medal in the category of “Veterans”. In 2016, at the open Cup of the Lviv region for bodybuilding, bodyfitnes, fitness bikini and beach bodybuilding in the category of “veterans” he took second place.
