The situation at Sepsi OSK continues to be extremely tense during this period. The team separated from the coach Dorinel Munteanubecause of the weak results, but the problems do not stop here. The club now has new problems after it has unilaterally concluded the contract with the physical trainer Bogdan Aldea.
Dorinel Munteanu received credit from the management, with the goal of saving the team from relegation, but he failed to save the ship, which, at least for the moment, is in a delicate situation. Moreover, the technician communicated to the club's management that he no longer wants to collaborate with the physical trainer Bogdan Aldea and the striker Gabriel Debeljh.
If in the case of the latter could reach an amicable termination, the former physical trainer of the team did not agree with this, and the parties concluded unilaterally.
Sepsi OSK, sent to commissions
Bogdan Aldea made the decision to go to the commissions and to advertise the club led by Laszlo Dioszegi, dissatisfied with the conclusion of the agreement, which was due in the summer of 2026.
The team's owner has confirmed this situation that the club he runs is now facing.
“I also told you that we respected Dorinel Munteanu and decided to give him a free hand. We even decided to terminate the contracts of the physical trainer Bogdan Aldea and the striker Debeljuh, after Dorinel Munteanu told us that he did not need them anymore.
With Debeljuh I terminated amicably. Instead, with Aldea we decided to terminate unilaterally because we did not understand it amicably. For this reason we were claimed by Aldea to the commissions. Our staff from the accounting informed me that it came to the Commission Paper for May 8.
That's the situation! Aldea had a contract until 2026 and did not want to accept the termination of the contract amicably. We had two physical trainers in the club. A younger boy from Sf Gheorghe, but also on Aldea. Dorinel Munteanu told us that he does not want to work with Aldea.
At the meeting I did with the boys I want to tell you that one of the players' reproaches was related to the fact that they do not feel at all physical. However, this reproach was not related to Dorinel Munteanu, because he was not on the team during the cantonment in Antalya.
