Hasan Salihamidzic (48 years old), the former footballer of Bayern Munich and Juventus, faced serious legal problems, eventually losing the process. The Frankfurt District Court has won the Serbian tenant Jela Jeremic, who has been living in a building on Zulbacher Street for years, the property of the former sports director of Bayern.
The court has admitted almost all the points of his action, and the decision, although not yet final, represents a heavy blow to the former Bosnian international.

Hasan Salihamidzic's tenant lived for years in precarious conditions
The Serbian citizen has lived for nine years in a room of only ten square meters, in a building that Salihamidzic rent through the “Renditus GmbH” agency. According to the German press, Problems started with the renovation of the building, when the common baths were eliminated, including the one on the first floor, right next to her roomquotes Sportal.blic.rs.
Because he did not agree with the renovation of his room, a legal war began. Jela complained that she had to use the baths in the basement or on the third floor, that the apartment often remained without power, but that, despite all these problems, she continued to pay the full rent.

The court: Salihamidzic must provide decent conditions
Judge Betina Dam has decided that Salihamidzic should allow access to the bathroom and the common toilet from the first floor, as stipulated in the contract, and ensure a constant power supply. Jela has the right to pay half the rent for a certain period, and the costs will be borne by the former footballer.
“I am satisfied with the decision. It is not final yet, so I wait to see what will happen, “said Jela Jeremic.
Her lawyer stressed that the decision obliges the owner to physically provide a bathroom on the floor, which, he says, could be complicated: “If it is not possible, the agency may have to give up the apartment. This is a total victory.”

Attempt to understand amicable
The director of the Agency Renditus, Michael Schram, had a different perspective on the situation: “We offered 12,000 euros for an amicable understanding, now we will pay much less. This is at least a partial success.”.
He added that Jeremic created problems, refused the discussions, was the only one who did not accept the renovation and even quarreled with the administrator, which is why he was considered evacuation. However, The court concluded that there is not enough reasons for it, at least not without a notice.
The problem is just beginning
After the separation of Bayern, Salihamidzic withdrew from public life, and the last information is that he played with his son, Niko, in the “Kings League” (Gerard Pique's football tournament).
However, it is now facing new challenges, because it is increasingly clear that this legal saga will not end too soon. The German press writes that the tensions between the two parties will continue to grow until the decision becomes final.
