Throughout 2024, the CCC group generated revenues of PLN 10.3 billion, which means an increase of 9 percent. compared to the previous year. The gross margin also improved significantly – it increased by 4 percentage of year -on -year percentage. An even more impressive increase in the operational result, which amounted to PLN 1 billion, which means a jump by as much as 460 percent. Compared to 2023, EBITDA increased to PLN 1.6 billion, i.e. by 110 percent.
The historical record was also set in the scope of net profit – the company earned PLN 1.023 billion, which means an increase of almost PLN 1.1 billion year -on -year. In the fourth quarter alone, revenues reached PLN 2.7 billion (+6 % y/y), operating profit PLN 295 million (over three times an increase), and EBITDA increased to PLN 448 million (+89 percent). Costs in relation to revenues have decreased by 5 percentage points, reaching 38 percent, which indicates an increasingly effective company management.
CCC plans for 2025
Dariusz Miłek, president of the CCC Group, announces that the company does not intend to rest on his laurels.
“The past year was a period of intense and deep changes in our group. The results achieved are satisfying, but this is just the beginning. In 2025, we want to increase revenues to PLN 12 billion and achieve EBITDA profitability at 20 % “ – Miłek announced.
The company plans to further strengthen cooperation between companies belonging to the group, process centralization and greater use of the omnichannel sales model. The greater share of license products is also to contribute to improving profitability.
The founder and the largest shareholder of the CCC group is Dariusz Miłek, who in 2024 was in the 9th place in the ranking of the richest Poles According to Forbes magazine. His assets were estimated at PLN 6.18 billion, which means an increase of over PLN 3.6 billion compared to the previous year. Only in 12 months Miłek was promoted by 11th position in the ranking.
