The agency notes that Russia's foreign policy towards the EU, NATO and their allies have focused on looking for ways to weaken the geopolitical weight and influence of the two organizations and to undermine their unity. But he emphasizes that for this purpose the broad spectrum of hybrid possibilities of special Russian services has also been used. The reports of the special services have already been adopted by the Government and are to be examined by the Parliament.
