Thousands of pensioners use the gap in the system left by the rulers. From the calculations of the expert dr. Tomasz Lasocki, shows that thanks to this a new pension, calculated after reaching 65 years old, may be up to half higher – informs “Fakt” on Monday.

“Fakt” explains that this applies to women from 1949–1968, which additionally joined the open pension funds.

“The benefits of re -calculating the pension are incomparably greater than +13+, as well as +14+ retirement,” said “Fakt” Dr. Tomasz Lasocki, an expert on social insurance from the Warsaw University of Technology, who together with prof. Monika Domańska from the Polish Academy of Sciences was detected by the gap.

It is about the fact that several women's years have a benefit twice calculated. Thanks to this, they can gain a lot. ZUS calculates their pension for the first time after passing the benefit after reaching the retirement age, and then, when they are 65, he does it for the second time, as if such a person was never at the benefit. According to the newspaper, the average profit from the re -calculation of the pension at the age of 65 is 54.4 percent.

“As the scientists indicate, the record constructed in the system causes that longer work after reaching retirement age is less profitable. ZUS confirms that it calculates the pensions of women according to the applicable rules. However, interestingly, the existence of the Luka management of the family ministry was to find out only recently” – he concluded “Fakt”. (PAP)
