The study conducted by UCE Research and the online psychotherapy platform Epsycholży.pl shows that 41.4 percent Adult Poles are not satisfied with the quality of their dream.

“Rz” draws attention to estimates saying that the loss of the economy resulting from this phenomenon is about PLN 8 billion a year. “These losses do not include the costs of replacing employees, recruitment processes, lost benefits related to the departure of clients, so the phenomenon may have a much larger scale. In the USA, total losses can reach up to $ 1.4 tributes.” – informs the newspaper.

The situation is aggravated by the abuse of technology. “Excessive use of social media is a growing civilization problem, which will deepen with increasingly common access to smartphones and remote work.
