Judge Caroline Wilkinson stressed the severity of the situation, giving a two -month postponement so that Sinclair could solve the problem.
Sinclair had a successful football career and later worked as an expert in the media for positions such as BBC and Talksport.
His career in the media suffered in 2022, after making controversial comments about the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
As a footballer, Sinclair has evolved on the extreme at Blackpool, QPR, West Ham United, Manchester City and Cardiff.
