In turn, political scientist Stephan Bierling from the University of Ratisbon said in an interview with ARD that American proposals for a peace solution in Ukraine only reflect Moscow's rhetoric. “US President Trump is a puppet of Vladimir Putin, which is not a good condition for a lasting and just peace “ – said the political scientist.

Trump said on Wednesday that in his opinion an agreement with Russia was reached in negotiations aimed at ending the war in Ukraine.
“I think we have an agreement with Russia” – said Trump.
The Reuters agency said on Friday that American proposals regarding the conditions of truce in Ukraine provide, among others Recognition of Crimea as part of Russia.
