Fabio Bassan, lawyer, is responsible for FIFA complaint this week against Vinicius Junior. From the fine to the suspension
“The FIFA ethics committee will now analyze the complaint and judge if there are elements to open a trial. If it is considered that yes, the case goes to a second deliberative committee, which makes the final decision ”the lawyer added.
The decision can be appealed to the Sports Arbitration Court, but if the committee believes that Real Madrid's player has violated the code, the Brazilian risks from a fine to a two -year suspension of all football activities.
