The prosecutor's office organized an audit according to media reports on attracting LLC Promstroy to carry out road repairs.
According to the supervisory authority, as part of the implementation of the national project in March 2025, the Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Improvement of the city of Krasnoyarsk entered into an artinvest group LLC contract for the repair of a road section in the October, Railway, Sovetsky districts of the city worth 403 million rubles.
The contractor was attracted to the work by Promstroy LLC, which was included in the register of unscrupulous suppliers, which excludes the possibility of participating in contracting.
“The prosecutor's office organized an audit and will assess the legality of attracting LLC Promstroy to road repair. Based on the results of the audit, a set of response measures will be adopted, ”the department commented on the situation.
