According to media reports, one of the companies recently announced the sale of “new” models X5 and X6, collected at the Autotor plant in Kaliningrad.
BMW lovers rejoiced at this news, especially because of the low price, but soon a smile from their faces disappeared. As it turned out, Cars were assembled from prerestyling components 2022, remaining at the factory.
The VIN code of such a car will not be registered in the BMW bases, as the company officially left Russia after the start of it, and the car is essentially “Frankenstein.”
Sources report that BMW Rusland has already notified dealers that Kaliningrad cars are not related to the company.
