Sile Cămătaru, released conditionally after five years in prison. The decision is final

The Bucharest Court ordered on Thursday, April 24, the conditional release of Vasile Balint, the interlop leader known as Sile Cămătaru, according to the Istanțe Portal. The decision is final and will be enforced.
The initial complete of two judges could not make a decision as the two magistrates had different opinions. The decision was finally taken after the complete entry of a third judge who tilted the balance.
In the first instance, the District 5 Court approved the conditional release, but the decision was appealed by the prosecutors.

The leader in the Class clan was after the grates of February 2020 when he received a definitive sentence to six years in prison in a proxetism file. At the same time, the Bucharest Court of Appeal revoked the conditional release that Sile Cămătaru had received in another file and willing to execute, in addition to the 6 years imprisonment, a sentence of 1,210 days imprisonment, from a 13-year sentence received previously.
In the same file, patrons and employees of some casinos and massage salons in the Capital were convicted for pimping, most receiving suspension penalties.
Dozens of people were sent to court in this file with Sile Cămătaru, including Adrian Panduru said 'Language', Loron Halevi, Nelu Aliuță said 'JB' (brother of former footballer Marian Aliuță), Ion Teodor said 'Teo', Amiran Dzanashvili, Julya Mazirov, Tov Israel.
Prosecutors claim that, between June and October 2014, Sile Cămătaru, having the help of Adrian Panduru, determined and facilitated the practice of prostitution by several female persons.
For his part, Adrian Panduru deals with clients, especially foreigners to play gambling in casinos in the capital, games that were banned in their origin states.
